Empowered Parent Package
This package was designed for the parent whose child is newly diagnosed or the seasoned parent that is struggling raising a child with complex medical needs. In our sessions we will talk about the challenges your family is facing and brainstorm ideas on overcoming whatever those barriers may be.
Whether it be overcoming grief, feeling overwhelmed, isolated or needing assistance on connecting to community services, we will identify the root cause of the challenge and work together to find solutions. This is a tough journey, but you don’t have to face it alone. Together we will advocate for your child and work towards building a life that is happy and fulfilling for your entire family.
- 12 x 60 min weekly coaching sessions
- Session follow up email outlining areas discussed, relevant resources and weekly goals
- Personalized care coordination toolkit
- Connection to community resources and support group
- Text or email support between sessions
Packages are auto billed monthly: $300
Total Cost: $900
At the end of the three month session, you may choose to continue coaching sessions on a
weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Life Quality Coaching – Single Session
Individual sessions are available for parents looking for guidance on overcoming a specific challenge, or prefer scheduling sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
In these sessions we will discuss the specific challenges and the goals of your family. We will brainstorm possible solutions and community resources that may assist your family in overcoming whatever obstacle you are facing.
- 1 x 60 min appointments
- Session follow up email outlining ideas discussed, an action plan for moving forward and a list of community resources tailored to your needs.
One hour coaching session: $75
