Support for the Journey Ahead

Life coaching offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and focus on what matters most to you. For parent caregivers, it can be a powerful way to find clarity, feel grounded, and make intentional choices—even in the midst of uncertainty and ongoing challenges.

At Kindred Joy Coaching, every session is guided by empathy, respect, and the belief that your well-being is just as important as the care you provide to others. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s weighing you down, and what’s possible for your family and your future.

Sessions are held virtually, making it easy to connect from wherever you are. Coaching packages are available to meet a range of needs and schedules.

Coaching sessions may be available to your family at no cost through the Medically Complex Caregiver Community Program or your child’s DDA benefits. Reach out to learn more about eligibility and how to get started.

PARENT CAREGIVER COACHING

Becoming a parent caregiver means embracing unexpected challenges alongside love and responsibility. I’ve been there too.

My coaching sessions meet you where you are, helping you balance your child’s needs with your own well-being. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals to support your whole family’s quality of life.

CARE COORDINATION

Managing your child’s care can feel like a full-time job—appointments, medications, equipment, supplies, and everything in between. It’s a lot to hold on your own.

In our coaching sessions, we’ll work together to create practical tools like a personalized caregiver guide and care calendar that help you stay organized, reduce stress, and feel more in control of the day-to-day.

HOME ORGANIZATION

Incorporating your child’s medical supplies and equipment into your home can feel overwhelming. I’m here to help you navigate this challenge. Together, we’ll assess your family’s needs and explore practical ways to create a functional, comfortable space that supports your child’s care.

RESOURCE NAVIGATION

Finding the right resources for your child can feel overwhelming and confusing. I’m here to help you navigate the many options available. Together, we’ll consider your family’s unique needs and connect you with services and supports that truly fit. My goal is to simplify the process so you can spend more time focusing on what matters most—your child’s well-being.
